Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, you have thirty (30) days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to justify a reason.

For your return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (original packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in unused condition to allow it to be resold.
• The original purchase receipt must be included with the package.

Shipping costs for your return: There are no shipping costs for your return. Heatstone covers all return shipping expenses.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or refund. Contact us by email at contact@heatstone.co and include photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request.

Shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects: Heatstone covers all return shipping expenses at no cost to you.

Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer support team at contact@heatstone.co. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print, along with detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing takes up to fourteen (14) days depending on your bank.
