We reply by email with a quote per table, the total, and a delivery date for each model. Some tables ship from a US warehouse; others take several weeks, and the quote says which.

Approve the quote, pay one invoice and the tables ship to your address. Each table arrives with its burner, hose and regulator, lava rocks or fire glass, and a protective cover.

No. Each table runs on a standard 20 lb propane tank connected with the supplied hose and regulator. Assembly takes 20 to 30 minutes per table with basic tools.
Several models are CSA certified. If your venue, landlord or insurer requires certification, say so in your request and we only quote certified models.
Outdoors only, on a level, non-combustible surface such as pavers, stone or concrete, with 5 ft of clearance from walls, railings, overhangs and anything that can burn. On a wood deck, use a fire-rated deck pad.
The 5-year Heatstone warranty covers the burner, control valve, ignition and structure of each table.
