OUR STORY
Heatstone started with a simple question. Why does a propane fire pit table that looks like poured concrete cost $3,000 in a showroom, when the burner, the tank and the flame are the same as on a table at a third of the price?
If you wanted a fire on your patio, you had two options. The first was a designer fire table: clean concrete lines, a steady flame, and a price tag between $2,500 and $4,000. The second was a big-box fire pit: affordable, but with thin metal, a bright plastic finish and a look that didn't belong next to a modern outdoor sofa.
Most homeowners we spoke to wanted the first look at a price closer to the second. They host on weekends, they've already spent on the patio, the sofa and the grill, and the fire is the last piece. They don't want to pay for a showroom and a brand name to get it.
So we built Heatstone around one idea: the concrete and stone look of a designer fire table, a real propane flame, and a price that makes sense for a family patio.
We don't sell every fire table we find. Each model in the Heatstone collection has to pass the same four checks before it goes online.

Concrete, stone-look or clean steel finishes in grays, whites and charcoals. Straight lines, low profiles, nothing rustic or glossy. It has to look right on pavers next to a modern sofa.

A stainless steel burner, most often 50,000 BTU, with an ignition button and an adjustable knob. Enough heat for a cool evening, a flame you can see from every seat.

A standard 20 lb propane tank, the same one your grill uses. No gas line, no installer. Assembly in 20 to 30 minutes with basic tools.

Every table has to land at a fraction of a designer fire table with the same look. If it doesn't, it doesn't make the collection.

You won't find the words "luxury" or "stunning" on our product pages. You'll find the size in inches, the heat output in BTU, the weight, what comes in the box, how long a tank lasts and how much space to leave around the flame. That is what you need to choose a fire pit table, and that is what we give you.
We also tell you when a table takes longer to arrive. Most of our tables ship from a US warehouse; a few take several weeks, and we say so on the product page before you order, not after.
